Moreover, we source our wagyu from Miyazaki and Kagoshima prefectures in Japan, a leading cattle production region that has been consistently producing award winning wagyu.

But we don't stop there - our wagyu is also expertly trimmed to specific specifications to ensure a superior yield, meaning you get a higher yield, imporved food costs and more of the delicious marbled meat you and your customers crave.

Our wagyu is produced, vacuum-sealed and is available for shipping from factories in Japan to destinations in across world. For US and EU based customers our local distribution partners can assist for orders without the hassle of importation. For Middle East customers, Halal-certified wagyu is also available.
