HUdSon valley Duck 

Our waterfowl selection is currated from Hudson Valley Farms in upstate New York. Hudson Valley duck breed is the Moulard, a cross between the white farm duck, the Pekin, and a South American duck, the Muscovy. When the mild-flavored Pekin and the gamey Muscovy are crossed, they yield a superior flavored duck meat, that has the perfect fat content and sublime juicyness.
